1. Job Purpose / 职位目标

Provide Mandarin–Indonesian/English interpretation and field support to the Sales Division when communicating with Chinese-speaking ship owners, shipping lines, agents, and clients. Assist with sales discussions, client visits, and commercial follow-ups.

为销售部门提供中文与印尼语/英语口译及现场支持，协助团队与中文沟通的船东、船公司、代理及客户开展业务交流，并支持销售洽谈、客户拜访及商务跟进工作。

2. Key Responsibilities / 主要职责

• Interpretation / 口译： Provide interpretation during client visits, sales meetings, service presentations, and field visits.

在客户拜访、销售会议、服务介绍及现场访问期间提供口译服务。

• Translation / 笔译： Translate or summarize sales materials, proposals, quotations, correspondence, meeting notes, and relevant shipping documents.

翻译或整理销售资料、业务方案、报价单、客户往来文件、会议纪要及相关航运文件。

• Client Communication / 客户沟通： Accurately interpret discussions on client requirements, services, pricing, schedules, and follow-up actions.

准确传达客户需求、服务内容、价格、时间安排及后续跟进事项。

• Internal Coordination / 内部协调： Coordinate communication between clients and the Sales, Operations, and Documentation teams.

协调客户与销售、操作及单证团队之间的沟通。

• Field Support / 现场支持： Assist with client visit arrangements and communicate with port or terminal contacts when required.

协助安排客户拜访，并根据需要与港口或码头相关人员沟通。

• Reporting and Confidentiality / 工作汇报与保密： Record key discussions, client feedback, and follow-up actions. Maintain confidentiality and represent the company professionally.

记录重要业务沟通内容、客户反馈及后续事项，严格保护公司机密信息，并保持专业的职业形象。

3. Qualifications and Requirements / 任职要求

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.

本科及以上学历，专业不限，欢迎应届毕业生申请。

• Native or near-native Mandarin proficiency and strong working English, with good speaking, reading, and writing skills.

中文达到母语或近母语水平，具备良好的英语工作沟通能力，以及中英文听说读写能力。

• Strong interpretation, communication, listening, organizational, and coordination skills.

具备良好的口译、沟通、倾听、组织及协调能力。

• Willingness to attend client meetings and occasional port or terminal visits.

愿意参加客户会议，并根据工作需要偶尔前往港口或码头。

• Familiarity with shipping, ship agency services, or B2B sales is an advantage. Translation or interpretation experience is preferred but not required.

了解航运、船舶代理服务或企业对企业（B2B）销售者优先。有翻译或口译经验者优先，但并非必需。

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business communication tools such as WeChat.

熟练使用 Microsoft Office 及微信等商务沟通工具。

• Responsible, proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn maritime terminology and procedures.

责任心强、积极主动、适应能力强，并愿意学习航运专业术语及相关业务流程。

4. Employment Details / 聘用信息

• Work Location / 工作地点： Jakarta, Indonesia, with client and occasional field visits as required. / 印度尼西亚雅加达，根据工作需要进行客户拜访及现场访问
• Employment Status / 聘用形式： Full-time / 全职。
• Reporting Line / 汇报对象： Sales Manager or Commercial Director / 销售经理或商务总监。
• Contract and Employment Status / 合同及聘用安排： Subject to the approved employment arrangement, including applicable expatriate (TKA) requirements. / 合同期限及外籍员工（TKA）聘用安排以公司批准的聘用方案及适用规定为准。
