Responsibilities :
- Responsible for sales and new customer development.
- Manage and increase national sales.
- Conduct presentations to customers and introduce the company and its products.
- Perform direct sales through customer office visits and presentations (canvassing).
- Ensure customer satisfaction by overseeing operations and handling customer complaints
- Prepare and submit monthly sales reports.
- Develop marketing budgets and monthly sales forecasts.
- Design monthly strategies and plans to increase market share.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Salesperson (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Maximum age of 27 years.
- Professional and attractive appearance.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Broad knowledge and ability to adapt quickly.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus.
- Ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor Degree in any major.
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya or Jakarta.
- Own a personal vehicle.
