Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage all branch operations effectively, including planning, organizing, and overseeing daily activities.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share in their surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and expanding the new customer base.
- Analyze market trends, monitor competitor performance, and develop initiatives to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage and develop the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets.
- Be responsible for achieving and exceeding branch sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Prepare budgets and oversee resource allocation to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Represent the company in marketing activities and public relations within the local area.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in All Major.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Maximum 30 Years Old
- Proven track record of increasing sales, revenue, and profitability within the scope of responsibility.
- Strong leadership skills in team management, motivation, and staff development.
- Deep understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and industry best practices.
- Skilled in data analysis, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong negotiation abilities.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, and open to traveling to operational areas.
